The site was created by The Ohio Credit Union System.
What is included in a Virtual Booth?
Each Virtual Booth includes a company logo, contact information, a summary of the company, an unlimited description of the company, and an optional video presentation supplied by the company. Vendors can sign-in and update their information at any time, so the content is always up-to-date.
How will credit unions find VirtualExpoHall.com?
The Ohio Credit Union System will promote the site to credit unions year-round in its publications, web sites, and meetings. Participating vendors can refer clients and potential clients directly to their Virtual Booth page, which will have an individual URL (Web address). In addition, the site has been optimized for search engines such Google and Yahoo to attract Web users searching for your services.
How can I list my company on this site?
You must register for the Ohio Credit Union System’s ZENITH08 Expo, April 24-25, 2008, in the Columbus Convention Center. Vendors can register to exhibit in a traditional “Live” booth or register to exhibit in VirtualExpoHall.com only. Both registrations qualify for a listing on this site. In addition, your registration for the ZENITH08 Expo qualifies you to receive a free web cam, which will help you record a video for this site. Register for the ZENITH08 Expo here.
How long will my Virtual Booth be available?
Your booth will be available on the site until Feb. 28, 2009.
How do I create my VirtualExpoHall.com account?
After you register for the ZENITH08 Expo, a Virtual Expo Hall Registration Key will be sent to the e-mail address that you included in your registration. Go to www.VirtualExpoHall.com and click on “List your company on this site”. Enter your Registration Key, then follow the directions to create a new account. Your e-mail address will be your username, and you can create a password. Please write this password down for future use. How do I update my Virtual Booth?
After you create your account, you can log into your Virtual Booth at any time throughout the year using your e-mail and password. This is helpful when your company’s information or products change.
Can I remove or unpublish my Virtual Booth?
You can unpublish your booth at any time by logging in to your account and selecting “Unpublish”.
What if I forget my password?
Click on “I forgot my password” in the “Exhibitor Log-In” section at the top of the page and follow the instructions. Information will be sent to your e-mail address on file.
I did not receive a Registration Key.

Do I have to include a logo and video?
No, all contents in your Virtual Booth are optional. You can add or delete any information at any time by logging in to your account.
What information should I have before I create my Virtual Booth?
You can create your Virtual Booth immediately and update it at any time, but you may want to be prepared with the following information when you create your Virtual Booth.
  1. Your company’s logo in .jpg, .gif, or .png format at 72 dpi resolution, saved on your computer’s hard drive. Optimal size is 350 pixels wide (at 72 dpi). Images that exceed 350 pixels in width will be automatically resized to that maximum width, which may cause a blurry appearance.
  2. The ’Embed Code’ of your YouTube video. Your “Virtual Booth” allows you to display a video showcasing your company and/or its services. If you elect to use this option, you must upload your video to YouTube.com and paste your YouTube ’Embed’ information into the VirtualExpoHall.com form. For help on creating and uploading video to YouTube, please see the YouTube instructions below. You can also record and upload your video onsite in the Expo Hall at ZENITH08 with help from our staff.
  3. A description of your products/services. Your “Virtual Booth” allows you to publish a brief summary and a full description of your company’s products and services. The full description has no maximum word limit, but is limited to text only. We recommend that you prepare your description in advance and copy and paste it into the “Virtual Booth” form. This information can be updated at any time.
