WHO WE ARE
• Initial operations began at current location in 1968 as a corporate entity providing centralized data processing and network management for Firestone Tire & Rubber Company worldwide divisions.
• In the late 1970’s, expanded high-speed printing and mail service to support the growing needs of the corporate retail credit card business.
• Began selling services to outside customers in 1987 as Firestone Information Services
• Bridgestone Corporation of Japan purchases Firestone operations in late 1988.
• Bridgestone/Firestone Information Services (BFIS) established as a division on January 1, 1996 to sell computer processing, printing and mailing services.
